Do not share login credentials or redistribute course materials.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Payments, Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

Payments are processed securely through Thinkific via Stripe or PayPal.

All digital course sales are final once access is granted, unless required by consumer protection law.

EU Consumer Withdrawal Right:
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you have explicitly agreed to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right upon course start.

Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., double payment, technical error).

All course materials, videos, graphics, and text are owned by Dr. med. Jamal Ali (Sonoguy) and protected by copyright.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational use only.

Hosting and payment services are provided by Thinkific (Canada), Stripe (USA), and PayPal (USA).
By using the Services, you also agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,
